چکیده
Nuclear factor Y (NF-Y) is a class of transcription factors (TFs) with various biological functions that exist in almost all eukaryotes. In plants, heterotrimers composed different NF-Y subunits are numerous and have can participate the regulation plant growth at stages. However, genes not been systematically analyzed chrysanthemum, only involving several members. this study, forty-six members were identified from diploid species Chrysanthemum seticuspe, including eight NF-YA members, twenty-one NF-YB seventeen NF-YC These for their physicochemical characteristics, multiple alignments, conserved motifs, gene structure, promoter elements, chromosomal location. Phylogenetic analysis revealed two pairs C. seticuspe underwent duplication events. The Ka/Ks ratios both less than one, indicating purifying selection. Promoter element showed abiotic stress hormone response elements present CsNF-Y genes, suggesting these play an important role to stress, growth, development plants. Further validation candidate drought using RT-qPCR demonstrated regulation.

Genome-Wide Identification, Evolutionary Analysis, and Stress Responses of the GRAS Gene Family in Castor Beans.
Plant-specific GRAS transcription factors play important roles in regulating growth, development, and stress responses. Castor beans (Ricinus communis) are important non-edible oilseed plants, cultivated worldwide for its seed oils and its adaptability to growth conditions. In this study, we identified and characterized a total of 48 GRAS genes based on the castor bean genome. Combined with phy...
متن کاملBioinformatics Genome-Wide Characterization of the WRKY Gene Family in Sorghum bicolor
The WRKY gene family encodes a large group of transcription factors that regulate genes involved in plant response to biotic and abiotic stresses. Sorghum is a notable grain and forage crop in semi-arid regions because of its unusual tolerance against hot and dry environments. We identified a set of 85 WRKY genes in the S. bicolor genome and classified them into three groups (I–III). Among the ...

The basic/helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins constitute a superfamily of transcription factors that are known to play a range of regulatory roles in eukaryotes. Over the past few decades, many bHLH family genes have been well-characterized in model plants, such as Arabidopsis, rice and tomato. However, the bHLH protein family in peanuts has not yet been systematically identified and characterized...
